Shipping and Returns

  • Goods will only be shipped to verified addresses within New Zealand and once any criteria have been met including but not limited to: payments are currently being received; any required deposit has been paid.
  • Once shipped you could reasonably expect delivery within 2-3 days but this may vary depending on such things as: size of shipment; rural delivery address. Your parcel is track and traced and the tracking number will be emailed to you to track your parcel. For larger items, delivery times can be confirmed by contacting us at [email protected] or calling 08005 08005. Delivery time will generally not exceed 7 working days.
  • Shipping costs are relative to size and destination of shipment but as a guide: $10.00 - $25.00 up to 20kg; larger items such as BBQ or trampoline $50.00 - $75.00

Warranties and Returns

  • We have carefully sourced all of our products and all our electrical products have a minimum of one year’s warranty which covers manufacturers faults only.  If you are sent the wrong product or your product is faulty, or it has been damaged in transit. Please ensure you contact us immeadiately in such circumstances – email: [email protected] and we will arrange for your product to be exchanged or replaced. In most circumstances your product will be replaced or fixed at no extra cost to yourself.

Vouchers and Special offers

  • Vouchers can be redeemed against any sale but may be subject to some conditions and an expiry date (3 months). To redeem a voucher you will need to provide the unique code that is provided. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, are non refundable and non transferrable.
